This Local Chocolate Is Infused With Tanduay Rum

Theo and Philo, one of the local chocolatiers in the Philippines, concocted a new chocolate bar infused with Tanduay rum. The new chocolate bar is made with Theo and Philo's 65% Dark Chocolate filled with a house-made caramel infused with Tanduay Asian Gold Rum. According to Theo and Philo, "Tanduay Asian Gold Rum has a richer and more complex flavor, having been aged for up to 7 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It has a dark honey taste profile with hints of toasted oak, almond, and vanilla that pairs perfectly with chocolate."
There's only one place you can get this chocolate bar, though. The Theo, Philo, and Tanduay chocolate bar (P200) is exclusively available at the Tanduay store at Century Park Hotel, 599 Ocampo Street, Malate, Manila.
