This Hotel Is Supporting Local Farmers With Its Healthy Menu Options
Eating right can be so delicious!

Sheraton Hotel's S-Kitchen is all too aware of the stigma against healthy food that it's neither affordable nor delicious. That's why they've made it their mission to change your mind. While launching their 300-square meter Sheraton Farm, partnering with Nurture Farmacy, and supporting their local farmers in Amadeo, Tagaytay, they're launching favorite comfort food dishes with a twist. All their nostalgic new dishes use plant-based meat!

They want you to eat mindfully for the farmers.
A lot can be said about eating for nourishment and survival, but eating for the soul is a whole dfferent thing. You get one step closer to that when you opt for the full experience at Sheraton Hotel. You can take a tour of their beautiful farm where the delicious meals come from. It's just a whole new level of enjoyment added to the farm-to-table experience. An appreciation of the efforts of the farmers when growing food simple makes meals more delicious!

They want you to eat mindfully for the planet.
A big reason why Sheraton decided to go for this holistic approach is to spread awareness about the environmental impact of industrial animal farming which is exacerbating global warming. Industrial animal farming has a big carbon footprint and often contributes to deforestation.

In their own way, S-Kitchen wants to give its customers another option. They're promoting the return to vegetable farming by way of serving up delicious dishes that fill you with the hope that it won't be so hard to reduce your meat consumption.

"We want to eliminate the stigma that healthy eating, or vegetables, are dull. So we go back to basics, switching meat on well-loved foods to plant-based but still with the same enticing flavors," says Executive Chef Kiko Santiago.

They want you to mindfully eat well for yourself.
Their plant-based meat alternative is sourced from Nurture Farmacy. It's cholesterol-free, low-fat, highly nutritious soy protein. If you're doubting how much it can mimic meat, you need to try it first! They use it in mainstream comfort food recipes that can really change your mind.

It's initiatives like these from big private stakeholder that fill us with hope. Delicious, healthy, and good for the planet is possible!
