Dessert Fans, You Need To Try These Cookies + DIY Cake Bars!
All that's missing is a tall glass of milk.
If you've dined at Ikomai, a Japanese restaurant in Salcedo, Makati known for their Japanese street food, you know that their cookies are a pleaser. Finally, Tochi finds a new home at Tochi Dessert, at the Shangri-la Plaza Mall, which highlights their cookies and a DIY Cake Bar!

If you're looking for a simple and fudgy chocolate cookie with just the right amount of sweetness, Tochi Cookies fit the bill. All of the Tochi Cookies have a crunchy and crinkle-like exterior with a slightly fudgy interior.

There are several cookies to choose from: the Double Chocolate Chip (P65/piece), which is dotted with chocolate chips; the Expresso Walnut (P65/piece) has hints of coffee and crunchy walnuts that add texture. Tochi Desserts also offers some not-so-basic cookie flavors, like Peanut Butter (P65/piece), earthy Matcha (P65/piece), and, the sweet and salty, Salted Macadamia (P75/piece) cookies.

Tochi Dessert is also known for their Cake Bars. You can easily customize your Cake Bar to your dream Cake Bar by picking your cake base: you can either go with Chocolate Symphony (P165), Cheesecake (P165) and, their sugar-free and gluten-free, Milk Chocolate Dulce (P180).
Each cake bar includes your choice of dip (similar to a hard shell): Dark Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Matcha. You might have a hard time picking one topping because there are a lot to choose from, like the Coconut Flakes, Reese's Shards, Tochi Cookie Crumble, Candied Peel, Caramelized Almonds, Root Beer Meringue, Spicy Chocolate, and Candied Mushroom.
The last step to achieving your dream Cake Bar is adding a Salted Caramel, Chocolate Coffee, Vanilla Shake, Gold Gel (simple syrup), or Lychee Guava sauce. If you're crazy and want to mix and match flavors, you can add extra dip (P25), toppings (P25), and sauce (P15) to your heart's content.
Tochi Dessert is located at Level 3, Main Wing, Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Ortigas, Mandaluyong City. For more information, follow Tochi Dessert on Facebook.
