Just in case you didn’t know, Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory opened a restaurant a few months before the pandemic and quarantine happened. The restaurant-café is known for its jiggly soufflé pancakes, but they also have waffles on the menu, too. They previously had a Caramel Banana Waffle on the menu, but it got a sweet makeover and it’s now called Caramel Banana Walnut Waffle.
This Caramel Banana Walnut Waffle is made with classic crispy-on-the-outside, soft-on-the-inside waffles and is topped with slices of banana, walnuts, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. This sweet, crisp, nutty, and fruity waffle is served the restaurant-café’s fresh Nama cream.
