This Milk and Cheese Soft Serve Is the Ice Cream of Your Dreams

A good soft serve swirl is fun and delicious and possibly the best 5-minute distraction from life’s biggest problems. One of Manila’s newest soft serve swirls is a game-changer through and through: Cow Cow Ice’s Milk and Cheese Soft Serve.



You will probably recognize Cow Cow Ice’s pop-up stalls from Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory’s similar branding—the soft serve ice cream is a spin-off product that uses the same signature ultra-smooth cheese and Hokkaido milk from Japan. Their soft serve is everything you want it to be: you couldn’t ask for a smoother, creamier texture! The flavor (from both the milk and cheese) is definitely there, and the ice cream has just the right touch of sweetness to it.



There are three different variations you can choose from: Milk (P130), which is made from Jersey cow milk with mascarpone cheese from Hokkaido, Cheese (P150), which is made from a mix of cream cheese and gouda cheese from Hokkaido, and Mix (P150), which is a combination of their Milk and Cheese flavors. The available add-ons are a light and fluffy Japanese Cheesecake (P100) and a Salt and Camembert (P50) cookie. 


You can try Cow Cow Ice in Powerplant Mall, SM Megamall, Alabang Town Center, and NAIA 3 (Domestic).
