The Firecracker Maki is Tokyo Tokyo's new premium maki. The Japanese rice and the seaweed paper embraces kani or the crab stick and a slice of yellow mango. What makes this sushi extra special¬†is that it is drizzled with a special Spicy Aligue Mayonnaise to give it that oomph and flavor kick.¬†
What goes well with the Firecracker Maki? Well, a sumo-sized sweet red iced tea, of course!
