This Double Decker Ube Leche Flan Cake Melts In Your Mouth

It sure is a mouthful of ube and leche flan.

If you’re the type of person who equally loves leche flan and ube (purple yam), and can’t decide which to pick over the other, Bellefleur by Beatrix’s Double Decker Ube Leche Flan (P100 per slice; 6-inch cake, P500) should be your dessert of choice. It combines two of our favorite Filipino flavors in one cake—twice the size, twice the flavor! 




This double decker ube leche flan is composed of two round slices of ube cake and leche flan that’s alternately stacked on top of each other. Biting into it, the soft and airy ube cake blends well with the creamy, not-too-sweet leche flan. Tip: this is best paired with a warm cup of coffee!



If that hasn’t satisfied your ube cravings, the menu is ube-rloaded with other ube-flavored desserts, like their famous Frozen Ube Brazo (P200 per slice; 10-inch cake, P1200) that’s made with graham crackers, ube ice cream, and topped with meringue.
