Just in case you haven't tried it, one of the best cups of iced coffee in town is UCC's signature Kori Kohi. It's made with coffee cubes (cold brew Sumiyaki), served with warm milk you pour over the cubes. If you like your coffee sweet, you can add sugar syrup. You stir everything together and take sips as the coffee ice cubes melt and mix with the milk!
UCC is continuing the celebration of International Coffee Day by putting a twist to their signature Kori Kohi and launching the seasonal Kori Mochi (P260/16oz, P280/22oz). This drink is basically Kori Kohi served with a mochi on top!
You drink this the same way as Kori Kohi, too. The mochi adds a chewy layer to your iced coffee which, if you think about it, seems similar to what we already experience with milk tea with boba sinkers.
UCC's Kori Mochi is available from October 1 to October 15, 2021-yes, only for two weeks! If you want to try it now and squeeze it into your schedule, this drink is available for dine-in, takeout, and pick-up transactions only.
