For Only P600: Enjoy Truffle Beef Belly, Lechon, Chicken Buffalo, Prawns, And More
Vikings is one of the most famous buffet restaurants in Metro Manila, but did you know they also offer food platters you can enjoy at home? It's a great option if you don't have time to go out and wait in Vikings' long queues of customers.
Vikings' Solo Platters come in three different sizes, each having different food inclusions and different prices. Not to worry, no platter costs more than P1,000, making it budget-friendly!
For the Vikings Solo Platter 1 (P600), you have your appetizers like the Macaroni Salad and Vegetable Melange. The same platter includes four viands of beef, chicken, pork, and fish which are Vikings' Pan Fried Fish Fillet, Truffle Beef Belly, Chicken Buffalo, Binusog na Lechon, and Steamed Suahe. This solo platter, of course, has a serving of Long Life Noodles to pair with your ulam, and for dessert, you get squares of Revel Bars.
The Solo Platter 2 (P800) is pricier but it has more meat, seafood, and dessert! The platter includes Kani Peach Salad and Seafood Croquettes for your appetizers, while for your ulam you have Slow Roast Beef, Binusog na Lechon, Chicken Chimichurri, Shrimp in Chili Crab Sauce, and Sesame-Crusted Fish Fillet. This also includes a serving of Arroz Con Pollo, Carrot Cake, and Revel Bars.
The Solo Platter 3 (P1,000) is the most expensive of Vikings' Solo Platters, but if you can't resist anything with truffle, then you should definitely go for this since it has Truffle Beef Belly and Truffle Mashed Potato. The platter also includes Salmon Tartar, Caesar Salad, Slow Roast Beef, Binusog na Lechon, Chicken Chimichurri, Steamed Suahe, Almond-Crusted Fish Fillet, Vegetable Melange, Dark Chocolate Cake, and Revel Bars.
Vikings' Solo Platters are available online via Vikings' website. These are available in different branches, but not all branches. Once on the website, you can order these platters from the SM Megamall, SM North EDSA, and SM Marikina branches only.
