You've probably heard of the trendy quarantine dish, sushi bake, and perhaps have had your fair share of servings in the past few months. This dish is composed of caramelized SPAM bits atop rice, furikake, and Japanese mayonnaise. You can also opt to have the SPAM bake made with kimchi rice (additional P50) instead of plain rice. The mix of melted cheese, sour-spicy kimchi, and SPAM will remind you of your fave cheesy meals from K-BBQ joints!
