What makes the lechon irresistible is its golden brown crunchy skin and juicy, flavorful meat, and it's even more irresistible if it's dipped in lechon sauce or spiced vinegar and paired with a serving or two of rice or pancit. It's no wonder why this is the first dish that gets wiped out during any gathering.
