ILLUSTRATOR Bea Faicol
A lot of our favorite childhood snacks have made a comeback (like the Planters Cheez Balls and Cheez Curls), but there are also ones that have been phased out in the last decade or so. If you're like most and would like to be reunited with a favorite like Nestlé's Melon Milk (unfortunately discontinued for now), there are still a few brands offering melon milk. If you find yourself suddenly craving this sweet, fruity, and creamy drink, here are the different places where you can order melon milk:
The Emerald Fresh
The Emerald Fresh recently launched Melon Milk as their latest flavored milk offerings, besides their existing Chocolate Milk. The Melon Milk os sold in liters and it costs P175 per liter.
To place an order, you can send Emerald Fresh a message on Facebook. They accept COD, credit card, and GCash as modes of payment.
Mr. Moo has different flavors of milk, including melon. The dairy farm offers this in two versions: Cow Melon Milk which is priced at P159/liter and P49/200ml and Carabao Melon which is priced at P198/liter and P66/200 ml.
To place an order, you can visit or contact the nearest Mr. Moo's branch in your area.
Pan de Manila
If you're lactose intolerant, Pan de Manila offers their own SoyLife milk in Melon flavor. This milk is soy-based and is one of the most affordable plant-based milk in the market (taking into consideration its size), retailing at P65/500-ml bottle (via MetroMart).
Pan de Manila has several branches in and around Metro Manila. You can also order via Foodpanda, GrabFood, and MetroMart app.
Soy Yummy offers more than just taho, they also offer soy milk, too! They have melon-flavored soy milk that's available in two sizes: P65/500ml and the recently-launched mini version that costs P45 per bottle.
To place an order, you can visit Soy Yummy's website or pay a visit to a Soy Yummy branch near you.
