It's a Chinese-style ham served with pineapple sauce on the side. This is only available in limited quantities and advance-orders are required.

A recipe developed in the '60s, the Plaza Premium Baked Ham is a Swedish-inspired ham that's considered to be a cult-favorite amongst Pinoys. Dayrit's Christmas Ham comes with a sweet glaze and pineapples. This sweet and savory Christmas ham is best accompanied by steamed white rice or warm pandesal and queso de bola.
