Pichi-pichi is a well-loved Filipino delicacy made with grated cassava, sugar, and pandan water. It's a soft, chewy steamed cake that's topped with grated coconut, but arguably better when it's topped with grated cheese. It's good on its own, but definitely better if you pair it with other merienda classics like pancit, spaghetti, and pork barbecue.

Dolor's Kakanin specializes in different kinds of kakanin including the pichi-pichi. They offer the classic pichi-pichi topped with grated cheese. Good news for cheese fans because this is covered in so much cheese that you can't even see the kakanin anymore!
