The crunchy lechon skin is good, but the belly is just as good (if not better) because it is one of the most flavorful parts of the lechon! Since 2012, Cebu's Original Lechon Belly debones the pork belly, rubs it with spices and their secret ingredients, roasts it on an open charcoal fire, revealing an extra juicy, tender lechon belly. Plus points for uninterrupted eating because you don't need to keep carving meat from the bones!

Cebu's Original Lechon Belly prices: Small for 15-20 pax (2,730/original; P2,880/spicy); Medium for 20-25 pax (P3,260/original; P3,440/spicy), and Large for 25-30 pax (P4,330/original; P4,560/spicy). When it comes to Cebu lechon, another staple is Zubuchon! This popular lechon restaurant had humble beginnings as a small stall back in 2009, but now it has numerous branches in Cebu and Metro Manila, plus, its juicy skin and crisp golden-brown skin has caught the attention of the late chef, author, and television host Anthony Bourdain as the "best pig ever."

Zubuchon prices: Boneless Lechon for 10-20 pax (P4,400); Medium Whole Lechon for 30-35 pax (P8,500); and the Large Whole Lechon for 40-45 pax (P9,500). If you're serving a smaller group, you can opt for the Frozen Zubuchon (P1,080/kg) or the Frozen Boneless Lechon (P1080/kg). You can place your order via their official website.
