LIST: Where To Order Litson Baka
There's more than one place where you can order this dish.
The flavorful, juicy litson baka (also called lechon baka), or roast beef can definitely be considered a big, viral food trend during the pandemic, alongside sushi bake, strawberry doughnut sandwiches, and minimalist cakes. This trended when Andok's launched their Litson Baka that has the same flavors as their other grilled meat, but this time it came in thinner and juicy beef strips.
If you want to explore your litson baka options, here are the places that offer this beef dish:
One of the more popular litson baka comes from Andok's. Priced at P350 for 500 grams, its thin and juicy beef strips explode with umami flavors and it's even more delicious when paired with the spicy vinegar it's served with.
To order: these are the Andok's branches that deliver it via GrabFood.
One of the OGs is Dayrit's which has been serving their special burgers and roast beef since 1974. Their bestseller roast beef is served as a rice meal (P390), but it's also available as a sizzling spaghetti (P270), sandwich (P215), and as a party tray (P2,300).
To order: Dayrit's has branches located in Makati City, Sucat, and at SM BF Sucat. You can check their website for their operating days and hours and contact details for delivery.
Duck and Buvette
Duck & Buvette cooks their delicious 8-Hour Angus Brisket by slow roasting black Angus beef for 8 hours. This beef dish, priced at P480/single serving, is served with mashed potatoes and a wild mushroom sauce.
To order: You can place your order by visiting Duck & Buvette's website.
Cirkulo's Slow Roasted U.S. Beef Belly is made with a beef belly made flavorful with garlic and black pepper. This is served with portabello mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and balsamic shallots.
To order: You can view the full menu on the website and you can order by contacting 8810-8735 or (0966) 634-579.
Kraven's Canteen just added Litson Baka to its menu last June 30. What makes this litson baka special is that it's marinated for 24 hours to really give it that flavor, then it's slow-cooked for 6 hours to achieve next-level tenderness.
Kraver's Canteen sells this at P199/Regular Rice Tray, P399/Family Rice Tray, and All-Meat Tray/P359.
To order: You can order this on GrabFood Parañaque, 4:00 p.m. onwards.
Besides Nono's delicious fried chicken and waffles, you should also try their best-selling mains: Roasted Beef Belly, priced at P595/solo and P1,095/big plate. This is made with slices of slow-roasted USDA beef belly drizzled with balsamic glaze and served with horseradish cream and mashed potatoes.
To order: Nono's is available on Foodpanda, GrabFood, and PICK-A-ROO.
Rico's Lechon's Lechon Baka is the newest item on its menu. Priced at P350/Junior, this dish is made with hand-sliced roasted beef that uses the signature lechon flavor which is why it is best dipped in their homemade SukaLami.
To order: You can pre-order for pick-up or delivery by contacting (0917) 814-7648, (0918) 888-0555, or 7799-0810.
