Wildflour Café + Bakery has several must-try desserts and pastries on its menu, from the Old-Fashioned Chocolate Cake, Salted Chocolate Cake, Coconut Pie, Bomboloni, and bottled Polvoron. But if you want to try something new for your next brunch at the restaurant, you should try their Large Ube Ensaimada (P375).
Wildflour’s new ube ensaimada isn’t your typical ensaimada because it’s 7 inches big! It’s a sight to behold, especially for all ube fans, because this purple-hued pastry is slathered with an ube cream, topped with grated cheese, and then studded with more ube jam on top.
To share or not to share? With its ginormous 7-inch size, it’s definitely a pastry you can share with another person or two. But we’re not one to judge if you want to finish the entire thing for yourself!
