X-Bistro Laboratory is known to experiment with food-hence its name. They serve different dishes from various cuisines which include the bestselling Sichuan Malatang (P405), a Chinese dish made with hot and spicy broth mixed with thinly sliced beef, an assortment of meatballs, and vegetables.

Other Chinese dishes they recommend are the Chung Hwa Fried Rice (P250), a rice dish made with sweet and chili sauce, fried garlic, sausage, and sliced omelet. Then there's the Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp (P405), a dish made with sauteed shrimp in fermented salted egg, fresh herbs, and spices.

If you're in the mood for Japanese, the X-Bistro Roll and Ebi Tempura are a must-try! The X-Bistro Roll (P395) is a maki roll made with crispy sushi rice, topped with tuna, avocado, and a house special dressing. The Ebi Tempura (P220/3 pieces and P360/6 pieces) is made with deep-fried tiger prawns that are coated with tempura batter.

When it comes to X-Bistro Laboratory's Thai dishes, they recommend the Pad Thai Goong (P395). This is a famous dish in Thailand that's made with rice noodles, tamarind sauce, prawns, vegetables, and eggs. If you ever visit during a cold afternoon or evening, check out their Hot Pot sets (P1,590/good for 3-4 persons and P2,950/good for 7-8 persons).

Don't leave without checking out the cocktail menu. They recommend the Manila Sunrise (P180), a cocktail made by mixing vodka, tequila, and orange juice, and the Agnes (P150), a drink made with Vodka Vanilla and calamansi extract.
