The Fresh Taro Milk is made with freshly-mashed sweetened taro paired with milk and cream. For those looking for earthier flavors, the Fresh Taro Green Tea Latte is made with freshly mashed sweetened taro paired with milk, cream, and topped with brewed green tea.
These new refreshing beverages highlights freshly mashed sweetened taro-which is gabi in Tagalog, and what people often interchange with ube. Taro has a light lavender hue when it's mashed, and has a thick consistency. And just in case you were wondering, Yi Fang does not use powders or artificial syrups.
