Avocado and Egg Sandwich
- 4 slices wheat bread
- 1 piece avocado (use ripe avocado), sliced
- 2 Egg
- 1 large-size tomatoes (sliced), Optional
Instructions
- Toast the wheat bread in an oven toaster for about 2 minutes.
- Poach the eggs.
- Assemble the sliced avocado, poach egg, and sliced tomato. Serve and enjoy the freshness.
