Avocado and Egg Sandwich

  • 4 slices wheat bread
  • 1 piece avocado (use ripe avocado), sliced
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 large-size tomatoes (sliced), Optional


  • Toast the wheat bread in an oven toaster for about 2 minutes.
  • Poach the eggs.
  • Assemble the sliced avocado, poach egg, and sliced tomato. Serve and enjoy the freshness.
