Make chewy and yummy chocolate chip cookies with this easy recipe!
350 grams all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
227 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/2 cups granulated sugar
247 grams light packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 large egg, at room temperature
340 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven at 350F. Line baking sheets with non-stick baking mats or parchment paper.
In medium bowl, combine all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a bowl with mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until creamy or thick for about 2 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time. Beat well after adding each of the eggs. Add the vanilla.
Gradually beat in the flour mixture. Add in the chocolate chips.
Wrap the dough in a plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Then remove from the fridge and let set at room temperature until it is soft enough to scoop.
Divide the dough into 3 tablespoon sized balls and put into the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before transfering to the wire rack to cool completely.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
