
This recipe came about because we love longganisa but have difficulty rolling out the ground meat filling into sausage shapes. We also love the crunchiness of lumpia, so we used the lumpia wrapper for the longganisa! Two favorites in one package: a longganisa and lumpia!Â

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients (ground pork, carrots, sugar, garlic, paprika, egg, and seasoning mix) except for the wrapper and oil for frying. (You can opt to take fry a small amount to adjust the seasoning to your taste.)
- Wrap or roll a tablespoonful of the ground pork mixture into a wrapper. Repeat with the remaining pork mixture.
- Heat up enough oil for frying, and fry the longpia when ready. Drain and serve.
