Longpia Recipe

Mix all the ingredients (ground pork, carrots, sugar, garlic, paprika, egg, and seasoning mix) except for the wrapper and oil for frying. (You can opt to take fry a small amount to adjust the seasoning to your taste.) 

Wrap or roll a tablespoonful of the ground pork mixture into a wrapper. Repeat with the remaining pork mixture. 

Heat up enough oil for frying, and fry the longpia when ready. Drain and serve.
