No-Bake Matcha Cheesecake Recipe

Combine butter and digestives cookies. Mix well.

Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pan and set aside. (You can put it inside the fridge to set.)

Dissolve gulaman in the water and set aside.

Combine all-purpose cream and condensed milk.

Add the matcha green tea powder and mix well.

Add the cream cheese and mix together until smooth.

Beat the egg then strain and set aside.

Put the mixture into the non-stick pan. Bring it to simmer in medium heat.

Add the gelatin mixture gradually and cook until it begins to boil.

Remove the pan from fire and add the egg gradually while mixing.

Pour into the pan and let it cool before putting inside the fridge. (I put it in a 9-inch pie pan since I don't have a spring pan available.)

Let it cool for an hour. Enjoy.
