Pinakbet with Longganisa Recipe

Preheat your pan over medium-high heat. Drizzle some oil int the pan. Then saute the onion, tomato, and garlic until cooked. 

Add the pork sausage, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until it browns. Add the fish sauce or shrimp paste.

Add the pumpkin and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes while tossing or mixing. Add the eggplant and let it cook for 2 minutes while tossing or mixing.

Add the ampalaya or bittergourd and let it cook for 1 minute, while tossing. Add the ladyfingers or okra, and let it cook for 1 minute while tossing.

Add the string beans and let these cook for 1 minute while tossing. Then, Add the chicken stock, and add the green chili, let it boil then simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add some pepper, to taste to your liking. Top it with chicharon. Serve with rice.
