Pork and Liver Barbecue on Stick

  • 1/4 kilogram pork meat
  • 1/4 kilogram pork liver use pork loin
  • 2 tablepoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablepoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
  • 2 tablepsoons catsup
  • 6 cloves Garlic


  • In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the pork and liver.
  • Slice the meat (less than half inch). Wash gently and drain.
  • Pour the sauce mixture into the meat and liver. Marinade for an hour or overnight.
  • Assemble using barbecue sticks then grill for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked. Brush them with the remaining marinade while grilling.
  • Serve with rice or enjoy on its own.
