Mouth-watering pork and liver barbeque that you can't resist.
1/4 kilogram pork meat
1/4 kilogram pork liver, use pork loin
2 tablepoons brown sugar
3 tablepoons low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup barbeque sauce
2 tablepsoons catsup
6 cloves garlic
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the pork and liver.
Slice the meat (less than half inch). Wash gently and drain.
Pour the sauce mixture into the meat and liver. Marinade for an hour or overnight.
Assemble using barbecue sticks then grill for about 2 minutes on each side or until cooked. Brush them with the remaining marinade while grilling.
Serve with rice or enjoy on its own.
