This is an easy fish recipe!
<>1 big pieces tilapia, cleaned and skinned
<> canola oil, for frying
<>1 tomatoes, (for garnish)
<> salt, to season
<> pepper, to season
Wash the fish thoroughly. Let drain. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring frying pan over high medium heat. Put canola oil. Make sure the oil is hot enough to avoid the fish sticking to the frying pan. It also helps to make the fish crispy.
Place the fish slowly in the pan. Fry for about 4 minutes on both sides or until golden brown. Remove from the pan and remove excess oils with paper towels.
Place in an oval or any serving plate and garnish with some sliced fresh tomatoes on top. Serve and enjoy.
