Ingredients
  

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chop Casserole

  • 4-6 pieces pork use boneless pork loin
  • 2 medium onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons Butter
  • 6 pieces Potatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • parsley sprigs (chopped), for garnish (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced potatoes evenly in a buttered baking dish or pan.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and melt butter. Add in the porkloins and brown it on both sides. Set aside.
  • Add the remaining butter and add chopped onions. Cook until carmelized. Put in the cream of mushroom soup and gradually add in the milk. Stir gently. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish pan with sliced potatoes, put the porkloins on top and pour the soup mixture. Put in the preheated oven over 350F and bake for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes of baking, remove from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
