Shoyu Adobo Ramen Recipe

This easy ramen recipe originally used leftover chicken adobo.

This is a very straight-forward, adobo-based ramen. This was a product of a quarantine experiment one rainy day. I was craving ramen, but my favorite ramen joint is closed. So, I went to my kitchen and used my leftover adobo the night before. 

Don't forget the egg! No ramen is ramen without soft-boiled eggs.
