This one's for the matcha-lovers!
This 3-layer dessert will leave you wanting for more!
2 teaspoons matcha (green tea) powder
1 300-ml can condensed milk
2 drops vanilla extract
2 tablepoons all-purpose flour
1 piece medium-sized egg
1 bar cheddar cheese, slices
1 pack (200-gram) pancake mix
1 small package chocolate graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons (60 ml) butter, for greasing pan
3 tablespoons trail mix
For the base mixture, combine eggyolk and crushed graham crackers in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoon condensed milk and set aside.
In a separate bowl mix together the pancake mix, beaten eggwhite, milk, cheese, and vanilla. Set aside.
Mix the matcha powder, remaining condensed milk, vanilla, and flour in a pan. Heat with constant stirring until it forms into paste.
On a greased aluminum container, sprinkle dried fruits and nuts (trailmix). Pour the chocolate graham mixture.
Add the matcha mixture.
And lastly add the third layer, the pancake mixture.
Steam for 15 minutes or until it is done.
