Adobo-style Dulong Ingredients (Anchovy Fry Spread)

  • 4 cloves Garlic sliced thinly
  • 1/3 Cup olive oil
  • 300 Grams fresh dulong rinsed and drained
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • crostini to serve


  • Sauté garlic in olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-low heat. Increase heat to medium and add dulong.
  • Stir carefully and add vinegar; let simmer for about 10 minutes or until fish is opaque. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature with crostini.
