Ingredients
  

Alaska Pork Steak with Apple Crema Sauce

  • 4 pieces pork use pork steaks
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Calamansi Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Butter for frying
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1/3 Cup sugar
  • 1 piece apple
  • 1/8 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup All-purpose cream
  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • For Pork Steak: Season pork steaks with salt and pepper, calamansi juice and dried rosemary.
  • In a pan over high heat, fry pork steaks in butter. Set aside.
  • For Apple Sauce: In a sauce pan combine water, sugar and apple, allow to simmer until water turns syrupy and apple is tender.
  • In a separate pan, place butter and apple simmered in syrup.
  • Add cream, and the apple syrup.
  • Mix in parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  • Serve apple sauce with pork steak.
