Aligue Seafood Rice
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons onion diced
- 4 teaspoons crab fat (aligue)
- 3 cups rice cooked
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 Prawns (Sugpo) deveined
- Salt to season
Instructions
- Saute garlic until fragrant. Add onions, sauté until translucent. Add crab fat and cook for one minute. Add rice and mix until well combined.
