3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons onion, diced
4 teaspoons crab fat (aligue)
3 cups rice, cooked
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 prawns (sugpo), deveined
salt, to season
Saute garlic until fragrant. Add onions, saut√© until translucent. Add crab fat and cook for one minute. Add rice and mix until well combined.
In a separate pan over medium-high heat, melt butter and olive oil. Pan-fry prawns for 3 minutes on each.¬†
