Ingredients
  

Aligue Seafood Rice

  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons onion diced
  • 4 teaspoons crab fat (aligue)
  • 3 cups rice cooked
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 Prawns (Sugpo) deveined
  • Salt to season

Instructions
 

  • Saute garlic until fragrant. Add onions, sauté until translucent. Add crab fat and cook for one minute. Add rice and mix until well combined.
