Ingredients
  

Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

  • 1/4 Cup onion chopped
  • 1/4 Cup celery chopped
  • 1/4 Cup carrot chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 apple small diced
  • 1 Cup dried cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • black pepper
  • 1/2 Cup apple juice

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, sauté onions, celery, and carrots in the butter and olive oil.
  • Add the apples and the rest of the ingredients; sauté for about 5 minutes until apples are tender.
  • Keep the stuffing in a sealed container for reheating the next day.
