Ingredients
Apple, Beet, and Jicama Slaw
- 3 beets julienned
- 1 large Green Apple julienned
- 1 medium jicama (singkamas) julienned
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine matchstick slices of beets, green apple, and jicama.
- Make the dressing: In another bowl, combine red wine vinegar and honey. Slowly drizzle in olive oil.
- Pour vinaigrette over beets, apples, and jicama; toss. Season to taste.
