Ingredients
  

Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  • 3/4 - 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 piece apple peeled and grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 - 1 Cup water
  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 piece apple peeled and grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a small saucepan. Once boiling, add oats, apple, and cinnamon. Cook until oats are tender. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.1
  • Transfer the oats to a food processor or blender. Blitz until desired consistency is reached (smooth for younger babies, chunkier when they start growing teeth).
     
    Tip: These recipes will make more than 1 serving. You can freeze the rest in clean ice cube trays for future meals.
