Ingredients
  

Asian Noodle Salad Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rice noodles
  • 1/2 Cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Chicken (use breast part, cooked), shredded
  • 1/2 Cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1/4 Cup carrot grated
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (wansoy) chopped
  • 2 tablespoons spring onions chopped
  • 1/4 Cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 Table Spoon Soy Sauce
  • lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1/4 Cup canola oil

Instructions
 

  • For the dressing: Whisk all ingredients together until well incorporated. Set aside in chiller.
  • Toss together all ingredients for the salad. Drizzle with dressing or serve dressing on the side.
    TIP: You can add other vegetables to the mix, such as sliced Chinese cabbage or chopped celery.
