If you love eating avocados with condensed milk, you’ll love this easy leveled-up dessert! The avocado is perfectly sweetened with sweetened condensed milk and folded into whipped cream. This is then layered between graham crackers for a dessert that’s as easy as it is appetizing.

Avocado Float Ingredients

  • 1 Cup whipping cream chilled, more for topping
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 drop almond extract Optional
  • 1/2 drop green food coloring Optional
  • 5 graham crackers broken and crushed as needed


  • In a large chilled bowl, whip whipping cream until stiff peaks. Set aside to chill.
  • Slice open and spoon out the flesh of the avocado into another bowl. Mash avocados with sweetened condensed milk. (Adjust sweetness to your taste if desired.) Gently fold into the whipped cream mixture. Add almond extract and food coloring if using.
  • In two 5 by 5-inch glass baking dishes, layer graham crackers then avocado cream. Repeat as needed to fill each container. Top with crushed graham crackers or pipe with more whipped cream. Chill until ready to serve. [ArticleReco:{"articles":["22639","21766"]}]
