- 1 medium avocado sliced and pit removed
- 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or more to taste
- 1/2 Cup crushed ice
- Pour in the milk, avocado, crushed ice, and sugar in a blender.
- Pulse until the avocado mixture is thick and the ingredients are blended well. Add more sugar, if needed.
