Ingredients
  

Avocado Shake Ingredients - Paano Lutuin At Mga Sangkap

  • 1 avocado hiniwa at inalisan ng buto
  • 1/2 Cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar o ayon sa panlasa
  • 1/2 Cup crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • Sa isang blender, ibuhos ang evaporated milk, saka ilagay ang laman ng avocado, dinurog na yelo, at asukal.
  • Papulso-pulsong i-blender ang mga sangkap hanggang mahalong mabuti at maging malapot. Magdagdag ka ng asukal kung kinakailangan.
