Bacon-wrapped Chicken Teriyaki Bites

Ingredients
  

Bacon-wrapped Chicken Teriyaki Bites

  • 1/2 kilo Chicken use boneless chicken breast fillets
  • 1/2 Cup bottled teriyaki marinade
  • 10 bacon sliced into thirds
  • 1/3 Cup brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breast fillets into 2-inch cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine chicken and teriyaki marinade; cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with a toothpick. Lightly dredge each piece in brown sugar. Arrange on a rack placed over a baking pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until bacon is crisp.
