Bacon-Wrapped Sausage Barbecue Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Barbecue marinade store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 12 sausages Hungarian cocktail, or regular sausages sliced into 2-inch pieces


  • Preheat a toaster oven. Combine barbecue marinade and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix well until sugar is dissolved; set aside.
  • Cut bacon strips in half. Place cocktail sausages (or regular sausages sliced into 2-inch pieces) on a clean surface. Wrap each sausage with bacon and secure ends with toothpicks. Dip each sausage in the barbecue mixture then place on the toaster oven tray.
  • Bake in the preheated toaster oven until cooked, about 18 to 22 minutes, turning sausages and basting with the marinade halfway through cooking.
