Ingredients
  

Bagoong-Sauteed Beans with Mangoes

  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 shallots (sibuyas Tagalog) minced
  • 1 clive Garlic sliced thinly
  • 1 (250-gram) bundle Baguio beans (abitsuelas) cut into 3-inch lengths
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • mango (use flesh part), cubed
  • 2 tablespoons Bagoong (Shrimp Paste) (MSG-free)
  • cabbage (leaves), to serve

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a frying pan or wok on medium heat. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add green beans; sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce to the pan, followed by the cubed mangoes. Add bagoong; toss well to coat. Serve on cabbage leaves.
