Ingredients
Bagoong-Sauteed Beans with Mangoes
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 shallots (sibuyas Tagalog) minced
- 1 clive Garlic sliced thinly
- 1 (250-gram) bundle Baguio beans (abitsuelas) cut into 3-inch lengths
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- mango (use flesh part), cubed
- 2 tablespoons Bagoong (Shrimp Paste) (MSG-free)
- cabbage (leaves), to serve
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan or wok on medium heat. Sauté shallot and garlic until fragrant. Add green beans; sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add soy sauce to the pan, followed by the cubed mangoes. Add bagoong; toss well to coat. Serve on cabbage leaves.
