Baked Chicken Nuggets Recipe

Combine milk, calamansi juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add skinless chicken breast fillets. Marinate, covered, in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread melted butter or olive oil on a baking tray; set aside. Combine all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and malunggay powder on a plate. Place 1 egg in a bowl and almonds on another plate.

Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with almonds; place on prepared baking tray. Drizzle with melted butter or olive oil. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Serve with ketchup or sweet chili sauce.
