Baked Chicken with Goat Cheese
- olive oil for greasing and drizzling
- 4 pieces Chicken (use leg quarters), thigh and drumstick separated
- 1 pack (110grams) goat cheese (you can also use cream cheese)
- sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
-  Grease a baking dish with oil. if you’re using a nonstick or glass baking dish, skip this step.
- Â Arrange chicken pieces on the baking dish. Loosen the top skin from the meat.
- Â Slice goat cheese and insert a portion between the chicken skin and the meat. Repeat with all chicken pieces.Â
- Â Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil all over.
- Â Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the juices run clear when the chicken is pierced. Serve immediately. Â
