Ingredients
  

Baked Corn Casserole

  • 1 (425-gram) can sweet corn kernels
  • 1 (425-gram) can cream-style sweet corn
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 medium Egg
  • 1/2 Cup queso de bola
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/2 Cup coarse breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Make the corn casserole: Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Make the topping: Combine butter and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle all over the casserole. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden. Alternatively, you can bake the casserole in a turbo broiler set at 175°C. Serve hot.
