Baked Mustard Chicken

  • 4 (150-gram) Chicken
  • Salt
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/2 Cup pancake syrup

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken legs with salt and pepper.
  • Mix together mustard and pancake syrup. Pour over chicken legs and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  • To cook, arrange on a baking tray, skin side up.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 400° to 450°F for about 15 minutes or until skin is brown and chicken is cooked through.
