Baked Mustard Chicken
- 4 (150-gram) Chicken
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 Cup pancake syrup
Instructions
- Season chicken legs with salt and pepper.
- Mix together mustard and pancake syrup. Pour over chicken legs and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
- To cook, arrange on a baking tray, skin side up.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 400° to 450°F for about 15 minutes or until skin is brown and chicken is cooked through.
