Ingredients
Baked Potatoes with Ham Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 Cup Chicken (use fillets), sliced
- 8 pieces Potatoes peeled and sliced thinly (about 4 to 6 cups)
- 2 cups ham cubed
- 1 bunch asparagus sliced diagonally into 4 pieces (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 Cup All-purpose cream
- 3/4 Cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3/4 Cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a frying pan. Cook chicken for about 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Layer potatoes, chicken, ham, and asparagus in an 8x8-inch baking dish or in 6 to 8 individual ramekins.
- Pour cream over and smooth out the top. Sprinkle with cheeses, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake, covered with foil, for 40 to 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
