Baked Salmon Ingredients

  • 2 150 gram salmon use salmon steaks
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro (wansoy) minced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 Small red onion minced
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • lemon zest grated
  • lemon juice


  • Preheat oven to 400ºF. Season both sides of salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Bake for about 8 minutes or until salmon is firm to the touch. Keep warm.
  • Mix well flat-leaf parsley, cilantro, garlic, red onion, olive oil, and grated lemon zest. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon over salmon. Serve with lemon slices. [ArticleReco:{"articles":["10229"]}] [ArticleReco:{"articles":["10541"]}]
