Baked Salmon with Lemon and Herbs Recipe

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine dill or thyme, salt, and pepper. Place salmon on prepared pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle evenly with the herb-salt mixture and top with lemon slices.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until salmon is opaque and flakes when gently prodded with a fork. Serve immediately.
